Comprehensive (Shaamil)

Full coverage including customer’s own vehicle repair and any third-party vehicle involved in the accident where our insured is at fault at the time of accident


Third-Party (Against Others)

Covers only damage customer causes to others. Does NOT cover customer’s own vehicle.


Claim Reference Number

Unique tracking number for claims. Formats include: C####, MC####, RKTR####


LPO (Local Purchase Order)

Authorization document issued to garage for vehicle repairs. Vehicle should only go to garage AFTER LPO is issued.


IBAN Certificate

Official bank document (with letterhead/logo) containing customer’s IBAN for payment transfers. NOT just the IBAN number written down.


Job Card

Official document from repair garage showing dates vehicle was received and returned, and services performed. Required for rental reimbursement claims.


Mulkiya

Vehicle Registration Card – required document for all claim filings.


Settlement Form

Document sent by claims team that must be signed by vehicle owner before payment can be processed for cash settlement.
