  1. Claim Filed Online → Customer receives claim reference number
  2. Claim Approved (within 2 working days) → Customer receives email confirmation
  3. Inspection Scheduled (within 3 working days of approval) → Customer receives inspection location via email
  4. Vehicle Inspected → Damage assessed, repair estimate created
  5. Garage Assigned + LPO Issued → Customer receives garage details
  6. Vehicle Delivered to Garage → Customer takes vehicle to assigned garage with LPO
  7. Repairs Completed → Customer notified to pick up vehicle
CRITICAL: Vehicles go to garages AFTER approval and LPO, never before.
