- Driving License (of the person who was driving the vehicle at the time of accident)
- Vehicle Registration Card (Mulkiya)
- Emirates ID / National ID
- Police Report (Accident Report)
Additional for specific claims:
- IBAN Certificate (for payments) – must be official bank document
- Job Card (for rental reimbursement) – from repair garage
- Photos of damage (helpful but not mandatory at filing stage)
Document Format:
- PDF preferred
- Clear, readable photos acceptable
- Must not be expired
- Names must match across all documents
