  • This facility is only available for third-party customers where Methaq is at fault with a maximum of 15 days
  • Will only be settled under owner name only
  • Amount will be decided by the Claims Department
  • Requires: Job card from garage showing repair dates, IBAN certificate

C. Total Loss Compensation

  • When vehicle repair cost exceeds value
  • Based on market value assessment
  • Timeline: Up to 2 months for full process

D. Towing Reimbursement

  • If policy covers towing and customer paid out-of-pocket
  • Submit invoice with claim
