- This facility is only available for third-party customers where Methaq is at fault with a maximum of 15 days
- Will only be settled under owner name only
- Amount will be decided by the Claims Department
- Requires: Job card from garage showing repair dates, IBAN certificate
C. Total Loss Compensation
- When vehicle repair cost exceeds value
- Based on market value assessment
- Timeline: Up to 2 months for full process
D. Towing Reimbursement
- If policy covers towing and customer paid out-of-pocket
- Submit invoice with claim
