Required Financial Documents – Methaq Knowledge base

For ANY payment claim:

IBAN Certificate (CRITICAL)

MUST be official bank document with bank letterhead/logo
NOT just the IBAN number written down
Obtain from: Bank branch or official mobile banking app
Name must exactly match vehicle owner

Signed Settlement Form – Sent by claims team via email, must be signed by vehicle owner, cannot process payment without this
Job Card (for rental reimbursement only) – Official document from repair garage, shows dates vehicle received and returned, lists services performed
Emirates ID Copy – Current, not expired, clear and readable
