  • Medical Insurance Manager: Extension 045
  • General Insurance Manager: Extension 160

IMPORTANT – When to Use Extensions:

  • Only use manager extensions for escalations that cannot be resolved at your level
  • Always document the issue thoroughly in CRM before escalating
  • Inform customer they will receive a call back within 1 working day
  • Set follow-up reminders to ensure escalation was handled
